Information:	Gründung 1908. Spinnerei sowie Herstellung von Wirkwaren (Strümpfe, Handschuhstoffe). 1918 Verschmelzung mit der Baumwollspinnerei J.C. Weissbach & Sohn mbH in Flöha. Bis zum Konkurs 1932 in Berlin, Leipzig und Chemnitz börsennotiert. Der Spinnereibetrieb selbst kam in Göppersdorf erst mit der Wende 1990 zum Erliegen. An die große Industrietradition erinnert dort heute das Hotel “Alte Spinnerei”.
