Information:Gegründet als Centre Iron Co., 1890 reorganisiert von John Wesley Gephart zu Valentine Iron Company. Die Gesellschaft kontrollierte die für die Stahlindustrie von Pennsylvania die überaus bedeutende Nittany Valley Railroad. Die Central Railroad of Pennsylvania (gegr. 1889) und die Valentine Iron Co., beide befanden sich unter der Kontrolle von John Wesley Gephart, dem großen Widersacher des Monopolisten Pennsylvania RR.
Characteristics:Abb. von zwei Pferden mit Wappenschild. Original signiert als Präsident von dem Industriellen aus Bellefonte John Wesley Gephart.
