Information:	Gegründet 1907 von A.G und M.G. Lianozow. Kerosin- und Ölwerke, Benzinfabrik sowie Naphtafüllstation in Baku, Naphtawerke in Bibi-Eibat, Naphtaröhrenleitung Balachany - Weiße Stadt, Export von Naphtaprodukten über Baku, ferner Naphta-Handel in Saratow. Dem Verwaltungsrat der Gesellschaft gehörte u.a. Alexej Iwanowitsch Putilow (1866-1926) an, der berühmte russische Bankier und Finanzier, Schöpfer der russischen Montanindustrie. 1912 Übernahme der Naphtaindustriegesellschaft A. S. Mjelikow & Co. Im gleichen Jahr Gründung der General Oil Corp. mit St.G. Lianozow als Leiter.
Characteristics:	Kapitalerhöhung um 8 Mio. Rbl. zum Erwerb von Naphtaländereien. Mehrere Signaturen (Faksimile), u.a. von Putilow, dem “russischen Krupp”.
