Origin:New York + New Jersey
Information:Gegründet 1906 durch Zusammenschluss der Hoboken & Manhattan RR (New Jersey), der New York & Jersey RR (New York) und der Hudson & Manhattan RR (New York). 1908 wurde ein neu gebauter Doppelröhren-Tunnel (Gesamtlänge 3 Meilen) in Betrieb genommen. Er verband die Sixth Ave. und die 23rd Street in New York mit dem Delaware, Lackawanna & Western RR-Bahnhof in Hoboken auf der anderen Seite des Hudson River. Ein weiteres Doppelröhren-Tunnelsystem führte von der Erie & Pennsylvania RR-Station (New Jersey) unter dem Hudson hindurch und verband die Hudson Terminal Buildings, Church Street, Cortland und Fulton Street.
