Information:Gründung 1916. Der Gesellschaft gehörten die "Samt- und Plüschwerke Niedeck & Co. AG" in Lobberich (1924 abgestoßen), ab 1917 die "Band- und Spitzenfabrik Vogelsang u. Zimmermann" in Barmen-Wichlinghausen und seit 1920 die "Spinnerei M. Lamberts und May AG" in M.-Gladbach (1925 abgestoßen). 1924 unter Geschäftsaufsicht gestellt, seit 1927 in stiller Liqidation.
