Information:Die 1864 gegründete Bank hatte ihren Hauptsitz in der Temple Row in Birmingham sowie etliche Filialen in der damals ganz von der Montanindustrie geprägten Grafschaft Staffordshire in Mittelengland. Durch Übernahmen ab 1891 letztlich in der Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp. aufgegangen.
Characteristics:Wunderschöne Vignette: im Vordergrund Fortuna mit Füllhorn und Merkur-Insignien, dahinter eine blühende Landschaft mit Hochöfen, rauchenden Schloten und Eisenbahn. Originalsignaturen.
