Information:Gegründet von dem großen Luftfahrtpionier Armand Dufaux aus Genf für den Bau und Instandhaltung von Flugzeugen im 1. WK. Während des gesamten Krieges unterhielt die Ges. eine Werkstatt für Kriegsflugzeuge. 1915/1917 konstruierte Armand Dufaux für die Armée de l‘Air zwei konzeptionell wegweisende Jagdflugzeuge Dufaux C1 und C2.
