Origin:Froebeln
Information:Gründung 1905 unter Übernahme der 1883/84 erbauten Froebelner Zuckerfabrik Silvius Moll & Söhne. Das 250.000 qm große Stammwerk in Löwen, Kreis Brieg hatte Bahnanschluß direkt an die Hauptlinie Breslau-Oberschlesien. Außerdem eigene Landwirtschaften auf den Rittergütern Froebeln, Rauske und Stroschwitz (auf letzterem Gut wurde sogar eine Ziegelei betrieben). Börsennotiz Berlin/Breslau, letzter Großaktionär war die Zuckerfabrik Ottmachau F. Lorenz KG.
