Information:Gründung 1907 als Schlesische Textilwerke Methner & Frahne AG. 1931 Umfirmierung wie oben anlässlich der Übernahme der AG für Schlesische Leinen-Industrie (vormals C. G. Kramsta & Söhne, gegr. 1797). Katastrophale Umsatzrückgänge und Verluste im Geschäftsjahr 1932 (10 der 11 Werke in Schlesien und der Tschechei lagen bereits still) erzwangen 1933 den Liquidationsbeschluss.
